Law Department

The Law Department provides training in legal matters to various programmes run by SDI for all sectors of the Malawi economy.
The department prides itself in running programmes as well as contributing to workshops and seminars for Paralegals, Law Clerks, Prosecutors, Magistrates, and Judges of the High Court of Malawi and the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal, Senior Civil Servants, and Management of Deceased Estates.

In keeping with the new Malawi where the Rule of Law, Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance, the Department is at the fore-front delivering programmes aimed at increasing the intensity of transparency and accountability in the nation.
